Description of Projects

The new animal was created with the face of a pug and the body style of a red panda. I named this piece of work puganda. I used the techniques such as the blur tool and sponge tool to blend in the face of the dog and the head of the red panda. This was not easy since the pug I chose was light in color and the body of the red panda had some dark fur around its neck. To place the dogs head on the red panda, I cut out the pugs head and replaced it with the head of the red panda.

In this project, many styles of text were used to create a whimsical and smooth text over in the picture my brother took of me and my sister walking on the beach! This project called for the glow effect and messing with the opacity of the text to create a see through effect.

With a clear and discriptive rubric, we used Regular Shapes, Irregular Shapes created with the Direct Selection Tool, Rotated objects Colors & the blob brush, Gradients Pathfinder Tools (Compounding & Grouping), Patterns and Opacity Variations to create our houses. Things like the pen, brush and the pencil tool were used many time to create finishing touches and the grass. Text tool specifically, was used to label the Line, Form, Balance, Shape, Color, Space and Texture in our final piece.
